My workshops are designed for first-generation professionals, BIPOC employees, ERG groups, and allies who are ready to reclaim their narratives, build self-trust in decision-making, and lead from a place of equity and inclusion. Through a blend of storytelling, trauma-informed coaching, and reflective prompts, I help participants name their lived experiences as leadership assets.
