Empower Together

For first-gens and BIPOC ready to claim the goal they've been afraid to want, break the patterns they inherited, and build a path that's truly their own.

Applications for Empower Together Cohort 3 are open. We will be starting the week of October 4!

Eight spots, once a year, and doors close Friday, Oct 2, 11:59pm PST.

If you've been feeling the pull to stop shrinking and finally claim what you actually want, Empower Together is the room where you do it alongside first-gen and BIPOC folks claiming the same.

You've done what you were supposed to do in your career. But you're quietly ready for what you actually want. And you don't have to figure it out alone.

My very first coaching experience wasn't 1:1. It was a group program, a whole room of first-gens quietly working through the same fears I had. Imposter syndrome, self-limiting beliefs, generational trauma, all the good stuff. That room is the reason I dared to dream bigger, and honestly the reason I became a coach at all, because the people in it reflected back strengths I didn't know I had. I learned something there I've never forgotten: the work of becoming who you actually are is so much lighter when you're not doing it alone.

I created Empower Together because I know how heavy it is to carry family expectations, workplace trauma, and cultural narratives that make us question our own power. And I know how much of that weight we carry in silence, thinking we're the only one. This is the space I wish I'd had. Where first-gen and BIPOC folks can exhale, stop performing, and finally claim the path they've been afraid to call their own.

My role is to walk alongside you, and to build the room around you, as you reset, reclaim, and rise into your next chapter, with clarity, confidence, and community at your back.

You might be feeling this if:

  • You're stuck, burnt out, or quietly disappearing in rooms you once dreamed of being in, and part of you is done shrinking to stay in them.

  • You've been keeping your voice small to keep the peace, and you can feel it's time to take up the space that's actually yours.

  • You're carrying workplace trauma, family pressure, or cultural expectations that taught you to play it safe, and you're ready to stop letting them make your decisions.

  • You already know there's something you want, something bigger, truer, more yours, and you're tired of being the only thing standing in its way.

Whatever your story, you're ready to claim it.

With more clarity, confidence, and more of YOU, in every part of your life and leadership.

We carry intergenerational narratives that are decades deep:

Work twice as hard and don’t expect the same rewards.

Be grateful for what you have, even if it’s breaking you.

Don’t rock the boat — it’s not safe to draw attention to yourself.

We feel the loneliness in leadership because there are so few models of leadership that look like us or share our history. And the toll is real: overachieving until burnout, holding our tongue when we should speak, shrinking to fit into systems that weren’t designed for our thriving.

We navigate cultural and societal pressure, the unspoken obligation to succeed for everyone, to send money home, to be the proof that sacrifice was worth it. We become the “first” or the “only” in rooms where we’re expected to represent an entire community, while silently absorbing microaggressions, bias, and the pressure to prove we deserve to be there.

That’s why a culturally aware space isn’t a nice-to-have, it’s the baseline. Empower Together was built so you can drop the performance, stop code-switching, and exhale without fear of being misunderstood or dismissed. Here, your identity is not something you have to overcome, but the source of your power.

We work on redefining success so it’s no longer someone else’s checklist, title, or number on a paycheck. It becomes yours: rooted in your values, your needs, your vision & you practice living it now, not “someday.”

Are you a first-gen or BIPOC professional who keeps repeating the same patterns that hold you back, and feeling alone in it?

Inside Empower Together, you’ll step into a guided 11-week journey that blends coaching, teaching, and community support so you can move from thinking about change to living it.

You’ll get:

  • 90 minutes of live group coaching every week — to unpack real struggles, celebrate wins, and see yourself reflected in a room of peers doing the same work.

  • 30 minutes of focused teaching each week — tools you can use immediately in your life and career.

  • Embodiment practices — to regulate your nervous system, quiet your inner critic, and feel safe taking up space again.

  • A supportive community — proof that you’re not alone in this work, and people who will keep reflecting your brilliance long after the 10 weeks end.

By the end of the 11 week journey, you will:

Claim your voice and your vision

  • Speak up in the rooms that matter, high-stakes conversations, meetings, pitches, without shrinking or over-explaining.

  • Advocate for what you're worth, whether that's a raise, a role, your rate, or a seat at the table.

  • Name what you actually want and say it out loud, even when it's bigger than what you were "supposed" to want.

  • Articulate a leadership mission you can stand behind, in an interview, a pitch, or the thing you're building.

Build the career or business goal that's yours

  • Move on the idea you've been sitting on, instead of circling it for another year.

  • Make decisions from clarity and self-trust instead of panic or overthinking.

  • Lead from your values, whether you're inside an organization or building something of your own.

  • Navigate a pivot, a launch, or a leap with a plan and a nervous system that can hold it.

Come home to yourself

  • Set and hold boundaries without guilt, with family, friends, and colleagues.

  • Regulate your nervous system in the moment, so fear stops making your decisions.

  • Feel safe taking up space, in community, in your work, in your own life.

  • Reconnect with the joy, hobbies, and self-expression that surviving made you shelve.

Claim the goal you're afraid to want.

Empower Together is 11 weeks of becoming the person who can walk the path you've been circling, held by a community of first-gen and BIPOC folks claiming their own. You'll do the inner work and the practical work, and you won't do a single
piece of it alone. We get there through three interconnected layers of transformation.

  • Mindset & Nervous System Safety is the foundation: clients start by building community, uncovering the beliefs and patterns that have kept them stuck, and learn grounding practices so they can approach change without overwhelm.

  • Movement Towards Goals keeps the work tangible: clients get frameworks, reframes, and accountability tools to navigate real-world situations and stay disciplined toward their goals.

  • Identity Shift & Embodiment ensures the change lasts: through embodied practices and leadership declarations, clients step into the new version of themselves, anchoring the shifts they’ve made into how they move, speak, and lead.
